How to Connect Your Sales Stack Without Creating More Complexity
Adding integrations does not automatically create a connected operation. The important question is how data should move between CRM, prospecting, automation and reporting systems.

Two applications exchanging data does not necessarily mean the operation is integrated. A useful integration has a defined source of truth, trigger, destination and operational purpose.
Before connecting systems, determine where each piece of information originates, which system owns it and which other systems actually need it. This prevents duplicate records, conflicting values and unnecessary workflows.
The stack should follow the sales process. CRM, prospecting, automation and reporting tools should behave as components of one operating architecture rather than separate applications maintained independently.
